Tier 3 Users — No, only one plan can be applied to an Organization
AI Implementation — Yes! We have an AI agent in beta right now, set to go live ~Jan 2026 to automatically create flows from a variety of formats: JSON, Mermaid Charts, PDF uploads, text-based prompts.
