Q: Tier-3 vs Tier-4
I tried searching, but could not find an answer. I have purchased Tier-3, but am considering Tier-4. To help me (and hopefully others) with this decision, can you answer the following:
- Are the additional seats the ONLY difference between the Tier-3 and Tier-4? Are there any functionality differences, like between the Pro and Enterprise plan?
- What other functionality differences may exist in Tier-4? Will the white-label and CNAME functionalities come with either or both?
- Are the tools from website 'Goal Canvas' and 'Private Tools' going to be included in either or both? Please describe a description of what those are.
- It seems like you are very careful for saying 'you will keep features you purchase TODAY', does that mean the product will get outdated over time? Or are we 'future-proofed'?
Thank you.

Jun 9, 2026A: Hey Dehermm, happy to answer and thank you for your questions. There is no feature difference between Tier 3 and Tier 4—it's only seat count.
Both Tier 3 and Tier 4 will have the feature set that our "Optimizer" plan has access to now and into the future.
As for White-label (and CNAME), specifically, this feature set will be a separate subscription on top of those base plans. The Goal Canvas and Private Tools are only available on the Enterprise plan, which is not available for LTD during this campaign.
Activity Log and Step Tags, as examples, will be available on the Optimizer plan, and therefore Tier 3/4 will have full access to those features. So you're future-proofed to the extent of the plans the tiers equate to:
Tier 1/2 = Builder
Tier 3/4 = Optimizer
We've launched tons of new features since our last campaign, many of which have been available on all plans (MCP, Nova, PNG downloads, Changelog, etc). So you'll see your plan get increasingly powerful over time.
+1 on this question before I decide to upgrade from my initial Tier 3 to Tier 4.... or not.

Thank you for the clarity on that. I look forward to seeing what the future holds!
