A: 1. We do not have the concept of multiple workspaces. 2. Job boots and other add-ons cannot be allocated. They can be utilised by any user who has the permissions to utilise them. 3. Yes, you can track them in My plans page. 4. We do not have the concept of allocation of add ons at user level

I just purchased and saw your comment that you are not GDPR compliant? Since applications for the job post can come from anywhere will it not be illegal for you and me as a user to use your product? Is this is a very new software? Also your privacy policy mentions that data is stored in India, is that true for EU customers as well?
A: Hey! Thanks for asking this. We only expanded internationally in 2024, and so haven't gotten to being GDPR compliant as of yet. We're prioritising it and hoping to be fully-compliant by the second week of September. I'd request you to refund the deal and not use our platform until the second week of September until we are fully GDPR-compliant, if this is a concern for you.
Regarding data storage, we have 2 servers now - one is in the US and the other is in India - and both servers are hosted on MS Azure. We'll add more servers as necessary in the EU to be GDPR-compliant over the next few weeks. Will get our privacy policy updated accordingly. Thanks for asking this question!

So, mostly African social workers, children's home caregivers (Africans), psychological counsellors (African), etc. Could you please let me know, honestly, whether your tool can really do a good job at recruiting for these kind of soft-skill, highly personal-attitude related job positions for such a highly niche area? I really would not want to invest in a tool that just won't really work. So, for example, can I set up all sorts of criteria related to these lines of work? Can the AI interview really come up with smart auto-interviews that truly cover this kind of job roles and depth? How would AI tests work in these cases...? The platform is pretty much capable of hiring any type of job role, including social workers for NGOs. AI interviews co relates the job details with the screening criteria and forms the questions. It analyses the candidates responses in realtime and asks the follow up questions. However, it is build to do the basic screening to identify the right candidates that can be further processed. As of AI candidate tests, you can create MCQ and case study tests to test the candidate soft skills. AI analyses the candidate responses and generates a report basis which you should be able to evaluate the candidate further. We do support candidates CSV uploads/imports both in jobs and talent pool. As per the upload size and limitations, you can upload a CSV of upto 1000 candidates in one upload.

Is this app integrated with google jobs so that posted jobs can be visible in google jobs as well?
A: 1. Job location is not area specific as job boards do not take data below city. This will decrease the visibility of the job to the candidates. To communicate the exact location the candidates, you can always mention the location with in the job description, probably at the bottom. 2. Yes, all the job postings are posted on google jobs, and are shown to the candidates based on their location and relevance.
Q: Recommendation to my fellow sumolings: Kindly dont try to test drive this via their site's free trial option.
We think mostly like appsumo products we can test drive it through their site's free trial / subscription. However, your account will get banned in a pathetic manner. It is better you purchase it in the appsumo and then give all the information and create the account. If you dont like, you can refund it within 60 days. While creating account or test drive, give the real information. Looks like they are expert in banning your account and your ip address as well. Hence i have purchased a lowest possible tier (29 USD) to minimize the risk.

Q: I had create free account to just test drive this app.
For a day it worked and then next day I got following error message: "We are unable to validate your company details. Please contact our support team and validate your company details to unblock your account."
There is a button to contact support but that button does nothing. Is it a bug? What are the criterias for companies to be blocked? Instead of arbitrarily blocking companies, why not ask for documents to be uploaded and verify them manually?
This gives a feel that app is a bit buggy. There were also javascript errors along with the above error message.
A: Our company validation algorithm considers multiple factors to authenticate the account. For example, if the email domain is temporary or invalid one, or if the company linkedin url does not match with other details, the platform automatically flags the account. Apologies w.r.t the support request. I will ask someone from our support team to reach out to you. For smoother experience, do use valid company email address and your original company linkedin URLs.
Q: Boost Length?
The website says $ 99 per boost, but it doesn't speak for how long. Is this for as long as I'm running the ad or what is the length?
