Q: Hi, I would like to purchase the tier 2 plan that gives me 3 seats and use my personal @gmail.

com account as my owner seat that can’t be changed and then use the other 2 seats to actually use for my business email that would be @company.com is this ok and possible. The reason to do this is because I don’t have a business email yet and don’t plan on getting one and want to use my personal @gmail.com account so I don’t lose substrata if I need to change business email later. Please let me know if this is ok before time runs out to purchase. Thank you.

A: I. Data - Datasets: multimodal, textual (including sales call transcripts), email, live data. More than 2.7M sales emails were analyzed to date.

II. How often is the data cleaned and updated?
I’m not 100% sure what you're asking. How familiar are you with ML/DL/RL models? We are always on the hunt to acquire more datasets to train our models. Cleaning requirements vary, depending on goals and the nature of the input data.

III. Why did you decide to do a LTD- how does this pair with your current funding goals and future plans?

We are a venture-backed company with IPO aspirations. No AS campaign (as successful as it may be) can ever move the dial for us or our investors. But we find the AppSumo community to be highly involved, opinionated, and keen on details. Launching on AppSumo already helped us “tighten up” our product and service. But most importantly, we believe it shortens our PMF (Product Market Fit) discovery journey. The feedback we're getting from the Sumo fam is our reward because it helps us improve: product-wise and business-wise.

IV. Do you plan to continue to service LTD users after the deal ends or will you abandon them and shut service off for them like so many other founders have after they make it big? I ask this question because this tool looks like it will make it big.

Vice versa. We will never abandon or disrespect the people who believed in us when we were small and young.
