but the biggest issue is that inside the app, the scheduled posts show a thumbnail. which doesn't appear on the post. I contacted you support. and below is what they said. If you are aware of such an issue why isn't it being worked upon. (Just pasting the first line as the rest of the text was just stating that the issue is not with Quuu and was asked to edit the post manually - which also didn't work)
Here is the first line of the response from the support team: 'Apologies for the delay! We have users in touch with this issue all the time, unfortunately'
A: Hi there, we are looking into this as we speak, but unfortunately, it is down to Facebook when resolving the opengraph data from each link. It does seem to be a sporadic issue though and doesn't affect every user.
Thanks for the response. This isn't just with Facebook but other social media platforms as well. Facebook atleast showed me two thumbnails in the past 2 days. But Linked didn't show up even a single thumbnail. I believe you need to collaborate with these giants. Please fix this asap as everyone is facing the issue. Just before they give up in frustration. atleast my team is already fuming.

bought Quuu in 2016 and ended up not really using it. Now I need it and I am confused.
The plan I think I bought was the "Amazing" plan which no longer exists. I think this means that I am grandfathered into the "Pro" plan. So if I buy a single code I would be upgraded to the "Business" plan?
Also, can't seem to connect to my Buffer account and keep getting defaulted to you SocialChief account which seems to limit what I can do. Help!
I see you provide range of blog posts from other sites to promote on my FB page that are relevant. My question is how can I as a Quuu user share my blog posts to promote so that other can share?
