Q: I'm confused - what is going on?

Hi, I'm confused - we now have a "First Post from founder" - which was updated on 1/10/25 and also a new "Company and Product FAQ" on the same day. You are coming back here 6+ months since you last responded with no explanation, no "we're sorry" but instead, you're posting like you're brand new, and responding to all the negative reviews with "we had unforeseen technical challenges".You have failed on so many levels that even AS says at the top of this page that they couldn’t contact you and they gave us our money back. Please let us know what is going on and why you have suddenly reappeared?

A: I understand your confusion, and I apologize for the frustration caused by the lack of communication and the delays in our product's performance.

To provide clarity: We have faced some significant challenges over the last few months that affected our ability to provide the level of support and service that you all deserve. Unfortunately, this included unforeseen technical issues, delays in support response times, and personal challenges on my end. I take full responsibility for not keeping the lines of communication open and for not addressing these concerns sooner.

Regarding the "First Post from founder" and the "Company and Product FAQ" update on January 10th, we haven’t made any changes ourselves.
