Hi, I'm confused - we now have a "First Post from founder" - which was updated on 1/10/25 and also a new "Company and Product FAQ" on the same day. Dear Appsumo. Only today I have had a chance to read the refund by the 8th of November 2024. I have been away. I checked my emails, and it looks like you didn't send any notification about the refund deadline for my RankAtom purchase. I am so upset and frustrated that I bought 3 codes for an abandoned app and I can't even get a refund.

After the recent update in the webpage layout of the RankAtom dashboard, the dark theme is selected by default. Earlier, there was an option for light and dark mode switching, but now it's unavailable. This unavailability of the theme switcher causes difficulty when viewing a particular keyword's rank tracker screen, as the date and rank number pop-up has a light background and font color. Can I please get a fix? I already did contact RankAtom support, but there was no reply from there. I appreciate any help you can provide.
