Q: How do AppSumo lifetime users export OUR OWN DATA after you cancelled access?

I paid for RanksPro rank tracking and built keyword lists, SERP reports and competitor analysis – now everything's locked right after login, no dashboard. Shameless data theft: Can't even download my historical rankings or keyword research I created myself.
How can we access OUR OWN DATA? ...give us export or at least refund!
Also I paid for white labeling.
Is this the end of RanksPro SEO tool?

Q: RanksPro Not Working Anymore

I logged in after a few months and now it is not working. At first it said they have stopped tracking my keywords because I haven't logged in and asked me to contact their support to enable. I was surpised that their is no button to just restart tracking. Anyway contacted support, but no response.

But at the same time, even the keyword research, or any other feature was not working. So I got...

Q: Appsumo role and risk when buying LTD

Sharing my experience for transparency.

I bought Lifetime access Tier 3 to this tool through AppSumo.

The product is now no longer usable.

AppSumo confirmed that Lifetime access only lasts for the lifetime of the product — meaning if the product shuts down, the access ends as well.

But I’m curious how others view this:
