Q: For a few months now I can't use Ranktracker which I bought for lifetime, it directs me to buy SUPPORT PLAN.
When I went here, I saw that everyone has the same problem. It seems that Ranktracker does not have a team financially capable of managing lifetime subscriptions.
Since we cannot use this product in any way at the moment, APPSUMO should provide the solution to the problem.
APPSUMO should discuss this breach of trust with the ranktracker team and seek legal remedy if necessary.
If the Ranktracker team transparently explains to us with documents that they are financially unable to manage lifetime subscriptions, I may agree to extend my Lifetime subscription by paying $40 per year.
We're all in the same boat. Ranktracker doesn't honor the LTD purchased through AppSumo and forces all Sumolings to subscribe to a "support plan" (which, frankly, nobody probably needs) to access the basic functionality of the platform.
