For my understanding this means articles that are not at least "oder then 4 hours" are not used. But I mean the opposide: How can be determinated if a 2 week or 4 week old article is used?
How can I set up an article, for example a christmas-article, that should be used as an evergreen but stop on the 23th of december?
How can it be set that an evergreen-article is not sent twice to a user? How can I mark an evergreen-article in a way that it can be sent out to new users?

1. The language is still not possible to switch. I set it to "german" and everywhere are english words while I can´t change them. About half a year you said in your newsletter that different languages are working now ... but how?
2. I can create multiple newsletters but how can I manage the different subscriptions? In the backend I can´t even see on which newsletter I am working as there is not dropdown or anything that shows me. When going to content I see no differenciation for which newsletter the content ist, I only see a way to do this via sections, but finally I don´t see how I can sent different newsletters to different subscriber-lists. When I open a subscriber I can´t even see to which newsletters he is subscribed.
3. How can I import older items through RSS? How can I define which articles should be used? How can I change the tags? How is determinated which content a user gets? Is it by tags, by interactions, by luck?

The language settings will not change the text on the rasa.io dashboard, it will allow our system to recognize, aggregate and personalize the articles from German sites. If the articles on a feed are in German, the dashboard will display them as such. and all text within your email template can be edited by you to be in German as well but you are correct in that the rasa.io product itself will still be English based.

You are correct that once a link is brought into our system, it is not able to be edited. You can of course always add links manually that include you affiliate links or additional utm codes. I completely understand the use case that you are mentioning but editing a link that is pulled into our system automatically from a site's RSS feed or social posts can have many unwanted implications within our system. No, that is not correct. You should only be paying the difference if you are upgrading from tier 2 to 3 (~$149). If that is not what you are seeing when you are attempting to upgrade, please reach out to AppSumo support. However, keep in mind that an upgrade is not the same as stacking the tiers (i.e. buying tier 3 and adding those contacts on top of what you currently have on tier 2) - we are not allowing stacking tiers together. You can either upgrade and pay the remaining difference in the tiers or purchase multiple tiers and activate them as separate rasa.io acccounts. Hope that helps clarify!

Without DPA, the solution is not legally usable in Europe.
I'm not super familiar with Content Studio and Publer but if they are anything like UpContent, rasa.io works great in tandem with those platforms. Those platforms can feed the articles they aggregate into rasa.io (usually in the form of an RSS feed) and we will personalize each subscriber's newsletter with that content. Your feeds from those platforms can be added to your "Sources" page. Your AppSumo plan allows you to have an unlimited amount of sources.

We don't have a way to give you a feed of ALL of the articles being gathered from your rasa.io sources but we do give you an RSS feed + embed code for a page that displays the articles that are being clicked on in your newsletters.
