Q: can you integrate with Trustpilot free version?
Hi,
I just realized that the paid version of Trustpilot is may out ouf reach for a small SME. Can you integrate with the free version?

Thanks for querying, and yes, you can add TrustPilot as a review site and receive reviews on TrustPilot via our software if you have the free version (which allows for a TrustPilot profile). :)
Q: Why my subaccounts can view my main super admin account dashboard?
When i create a subaccount to be given to others, the account can also my super admin account. So basically all new accounts can view my superadmin account dashboard. In fact, they can even delete my account. Can you resolve this issue?
Secondly, how do i embed the dashboard, analytic and report to my own website?

1. Sub-accounts cannot see your super admin dropdown when they log into their account, so they cannot delete it. But if you, as the Master Account holder, switch to their account using the super admin dropdown, you can still see the super admin dropdown. However, this is not visible if they log in from their end (i.e.: their personal log in...
Thanks for your email but i tried login using subaccount details, then i went to "account" page, then i went to "Administrators" list, i can see who the superadmin is (which is myself). I even can delete the superadmin. This bug should be corrected soonest.
2. I would like to embed the dashboard and report into the client website, so that they can monitor the feedbacks received without login.

Q: Report and dashboard of reviews can be embed into our own website?
When we get reviews (star ratings), they will be redirected to other platforms to leave their feedback on Google, Yelp etc. But on top of that, do we get our own report and dashboard of reviews which can be embed into our own website like review showcase?

Correct - Our software does have a report and reviews dashboard whereby you can review feedback received internally (Either positive, Neutral, or Negative), review individual staff performance and review newly received reviews (From Google) currently.
At this point, you cannot however embed these reviews into your website and unless you also use a software such as Elfsite...
Q: Can enterprises I resell this to via whitelabel, resell it themselves to other enterprises?
Let's say I purchase the 8 code plan with the unlimited enterprises option - can I sell the rights for the use of this software to X company, and also give them the rights to resell it to another company if they wish to do so (since there are an unlimited number of enterprises this can be resold to from what I understand)?

Thanks for reaching out :)
Unfortunately we do not allow for that at this stage. You can resell the software under your own brand, but your customers will not be able to further resell the software under their own brands. This is mainly because we would then need to assist them in White-Labelling the software free of charge, which would be very labor intensive.
Regarding what you wrote - what if this wasn't done free of charge? What if they paid an extra $500-600 themselves on top of what I pay to you, in order access your software + support?

Q: How many distinct QR codes do we get per code in the LTD levels?
For instance, if I purchase the 2 code LTD, do I get 2 unique QR codes that I can use for different companies that I can customize/brand? Thanks.

Technically each tier only allows for 1 unique code, however, you can achieve what you're looking for if you buy 3 codes or more and White-Label the software. (This way you can have multiple businesses, each with their own unique QR code, all linked to one master account for ease of management).
