No brainer

Honestly, this is a no-brainer. It’s incredibly valuable for your own business or an agency. If you have the budget, it’s definitely worth investing in. I immediately bought 8 codes (the maximum).

Everything in the app was already very clear when it came to setup, but Wade went the extra mile to help me get everything set up for the while-label and kept checking in to see if everything was going well or if I needed any help. He’s very helpful, involved, and friendly.

The app is very user-friendly and flexible. It can be used for any type of business, thanks to options like QR codes, email widgets, or HTML (which means you can place it anywhere). It can also be used in almost any country, thanks to the many languages (29) that the product supports.

Almost everything in the app is customizable, allowing you to truly make it your own, from the look and feel of the email signature/widget (you can also write your own custom text), to deciding whether reviews stay internal or published externally, to choosing which fields should appear on the review form (phone, email, both, or none, allowing for anonymous feedback), to selecting one platform from the various integrated review platforms, with the option to add a custom one. And more.

The reporting dashboard and the overview of customer reviews and feedback (where you can see all the data from the reviews) are very useful.

The white-label feature is also truly fully white-labeled, which I really appreciate.

The white-labeled explanation videos are also very professionally made and comprehensive, so I don’t have to create any instruction or tutorial documents myself to explain to customers how the app works. That saves a huge amount of time and effort.

It’s a bit of a shame (and surprising) that I only just discovered Rate My Service, especially since it’s been around here since mid-2022. But that actually also gives me confidence to invest in it, the fact that they’ve lasted this long shows that it’s legit, and that they’re reliable and have a solid product. I’ve also seen that they listen to suggestions, which is why they fix bugs and continue improving the product. They don’t seem like one of those companies that quit after a few months or quickly change their promises.

Hopefully they keep it up, and I wish them all the growth and best. This will definitely be one of the best apps I’ve purchased here.

Confusing...

My review is based on the setting up the app only. I have not had chance to actually implement the rating and filtering process yet.

The app sounds good and I want to make it work, but the process of setting up agency account and create sub accounts are very confusing. Severely missing documentation and The support staff tells me step by step instructions but I am not sure what stage I am in and what to expect next..I am not saying the support is bad, Just over all experience is lacking a big picture to follow.

I hope this gets better as the app mature.

White-Label Onboarding Process Fails to Meet SaaS Standards

It has been many years since I have encountered such an outdated and opaque process for activating a white-label solution. The activation workflow is entirely controlled and executed by the provider, with little to no transparency for the client.

This raised immediate concerns regarding the maturity of the product, suggesting a limited or underdeveloped software engineering foundation. The activation process took a total of fourteen (14) days to complete, which is unreasonably long for a modern SaaS platform.

Additionally, the dashboard demonstrates significant usability and user-experience shortcomings, indicating a clear need for professional UX design and product refinement.

Upon completion of the activation, and at the point where onboarding and usage were expected to begin, I was presented with the following notice:

“Please note that our support team will be offline from December 20th to January 5th, during which time we will be unable to provide assistance.”

This effectively removes support coverage for approximately one quarter (1/4) of the warranty or guarantee period, which is unacceptable from both a commercial and operational standpoint.

Amazing team and Support

The out of the box setup is super simple. I was able to get going pretty quickly. I did have to contact support team about a few things specific to how I run my business, and they were extremely helpful. They worked with me, going back and forth until everything was set up correctly. The instructions are really straightforward, too. Looking forward to set it up more and start building reviews.
