1. Do I need a separate Kanbox subscription, or is everything included in the Reach MCP lifetime deal?
2. Does every action that writes to LinkedIn, including actions through the REST API and webhooks rather than the chat interface, require my approval of a preview before it’s sent?
3. Do your webhooks fire for every reply received, so I can route replies into my CRM?

Kanbox subscription? No. Reach is standalone. Your lifetime tier sets how many LinkedIn accounts you can connect, and each one gets MCP, the REST API and webhooks.
Approval before every write? In chat, yes: the agent shows you a preview and waits for your go. AGent routines and also REST API calls run right away, because the API is your own code, so any approval step lives in your workflow. Webhooks never write to LinkedIn.
Webhooks for every reply? Yes. message.received is checked about every 5 minutes, with one event per conversation per new activity. If you read a reply on LinkedIn before our next check, it can be missed. For a CRM sync, fetch the full thread on each event and run a periodic catch-up.
Export full history? Yes: GET /api/linkedin/{account_id}/conversations/{conversation_id}/messages, paginated back to the first message.
Account protection? Daily limits are enforced on our servers and you can adjust them. Defaults: 20 invitations, 150 messages, 60 visits. Bulk actions are spread out at a human pace. Each account uses its own residential proxy session in your country. If LinkedIn ends the session, Reach stops immediately, wipes the cookies, pauses jobs and notifies you by webhook. Nothing retries in the background.
Storage? Google Cloud, encrypted at rest. Cookies are kept only while the account is connected. We don't keep a copy of your inbox: reads come live from LinkedIn. Webhook events are kept for 7 days. Deleting the account deletes the data.
