Q: Is LinkedIn Sales Navigator required for Reach MCP to work?
I have a LinkedIn Premium account. Would I need to upgrade to Sales Navigator to use Reach MCP?
And a few additional questions:
Do Reach and Kanbox share daily quotas on the same LinkedIn account, or could I accidentally double my CR volume? Does anything Reach sends show up in my Kanbox pipeline and tags, or are they separate records? Which of the 52 tools work without Sales Navigator? Does “every future update” mean every future feature, or could new capabilities be gated behind a separate paid tier?
Thanks!! I'm super excited about this and hope it can work for me!

- Searching people, companies, posts and job postings on standard LinkedIn
- Viewing and enriching profiles
- Sending connection requests (Premium lets you add notes of up to 300 characters instead of 200)
- Sending messages and managing your inbox
- Liking and commenting on posts, and publishing your own posts
- Seeing who viewed your profile (this one needs Premium, which you have)
Sales Navigator only matters for:
- Running Sales Navigator searches. These are Sales Navigator lead search URLs, including the ones our search builder creates from a plain-language request.
- Reading and replying to your Sales Navigator inbox (InMail threads).
- Volume. Imports from Sales Navigator searches are capped at 2,500 profiles a day by default. Imports from standard LinkedIn searches are capped at 30 a day, so on standard LinkedIn you can't build large lead lists as fast.
