What is this feature? Does it mean we can use AI voices narrate a video?

Yes — “AI speech” refers to our text-to-speech voice generation feature. You can use it to generate natural-sounding voiceovers for your test using AI voices. It is being rolled out soon -- in testing at the moment. It will be a standalone tool.
Voice clone dubbing is also being rolled out in this week it will provided as standalone tool were you upload clips and video to dub video in its provided voice into different languages. We are working to eventually add this in clipping and captioning too.
