Q: Long Processing and Cannot Delete or Archive

Hello, I've been trying to process a 20-minute segment of a video to get clips now for almost a day. I attempted a couple of times, and it gave me a failure message, so I tried again just to discover later that these requests have just stayed in the status of processing under my recent projects tab. I have tried to delete them but can't. Now I have 3 items (same video) processing, can't delete them and 1 has been processing for almost 10 hours now. Clearly, it's not going to work. I wish I could just delete or archive them, so they don't cutter up my dashboard. Also, an explanation or a fix would be nice because it should be working.

A: Thanks for closing the loop. The report about long processing and undeletable items matched a transient backend issue causing stuck jobs and locked records on the dashboard. A fix was shipped on July 4th 2025, and queued artifacts should now clean up correctly. If anything similar reappears, note the timestamp and project ID from the recent projects tab and it can be address promptly.
