Q: START AND ROLL OVER
Hello,
Thank you for offering this product. Do the monthly credits start at the first of each month or do months vary depending on when it was purchased? Also, do credits roll over and accrue month to month?

May 27, 2025A: For Tiers 1, 3, and 4, your monthly credits start from the day you subscribe, not the first of the month. For example, if you subscribe on May 26th, your credits will reset on the 26th of each following month. Credits do not roll over, but you can use them freely within each 30-day period.
In Tier 2, you receive all your credits upfront for three years and can use them at any time during that period. Additional credits can also be purchased if needed.

Thank you for your quick response; I appreciate it. I do, however, wish the credits rolled over as some months are busier or slower than others and the credits can be 'wasted.'
