Q: Text is cut off in the middle of a word
Why is the last word often cut out, either in whole or in part? This often means the punch line is missing. You can't use the shorts. And if you try to add a segment to the video, the word remains cut out, and the segment is simply cut to the end of the half-word.

Apr 23, 2025A: Thanks for pointing this out — you're absolutely right. Right now, our AI sometimes cuts clips mid-sentence to keep them punchy and build anticipation, encouraging viewers to watch the full video. But we’ve heard your feedback loud and clear: it’s frustrating when the last word or punchline gets cut off.
We’re actively working on a fix to ensure clips end on complete sentences without losing impact. This update will be live within the next 1–2 days. Thanks for your patience — better cuts are on the way!
"Right now, our AI sometimes cuts clips mid-sentence to keep them punchy and build anticipation, encouraging viewers to watch the full video." - What's the point of this statement? Do you think I'm stupid? This makes the clips unusable. And secondly, not sometimes. It almost always cuts off mid-word or mid-sentence.
We would never say that and I apologize if it in any way made you feel this way. You’re right: clips cutting mid-sentence makes them unusable. While the original intent was to keep them punchy, we now realize this approach caused more harm than good. Trust me we can always slide it programmatically to last ended sentence or last/next second. Having said all, we are rolling out an update tomorrow.
Once again, I would like to apologize for everything. We’re a small team, shipping fast, and your feedback genuinely helps us improve. We’d be grateful if you’d give us another shot once the fix is live.
