I create videos in Spanish and needed an app that could intelligently trim and subtitle long videos for reels. Initially, I ran a test because the subtitles didn't match the narration. I contacted technical support three days ago, during the holiday season, and they responded in less than 24 hours and resolved the issue. Now the app subtitles videos perfectly in Spanish without altering the content. The support was excellent. I will continue testing the app and its other features. So far, the results are very good.

I've only used Reap for sub-captioning so far, and it's wonderful. The ease with which you can edit the transcription is second to none. And I love that you can easily adjust where the sub-captions appear. Too many competing products only give you the ability to place top, center or bottom. Reap is infinitely adjustable.

It's also super simple to add a logo, and these too can be completely customized: size, and position.

I was also able to very easily trim the last few seconds off my video, because the talent was starting to speak again. The little trim was exactly what was needed to put the final polish on it.

My wife is scheduled for an upcoming podcast appearance, and I can't wait to test Reap's AI socials clipping feature. I'll update after her appearance. But until then, this is a great tool. Very happy with it.

Just UX might be improved a bit

I feel very lucky to have found this tool! For those of us working solo, content creation takes such a huge amount of time that repurposing it for multiple platforms was simply more than I could handle. Now with Reap I can actually use my existing long-form videos and start building traction on platforms like Instagram and TikTok, with minimal time investment.
The tool sometimes takes a while to load the short videos but whenever I contact support, they are quickly able to resolve my issues.
