I'm really enjoying this. I've tried others from AppSumo and this one is the most superior. Also compared to Opus Clip, it really does give it a run for the money. Great job to the team to making this so functional and easy to use.
I also appreciate the updates you've made over the year in the improvement of processing speed.
The AI clipping is also so much better.
Very pleased.

A few notes on things that are annoying and that do slow us down:
* why can't we edit captions before bulk schedule? You understand that the AI doesn't always get it right, so it would be helpful to edit right there on the preview screen any adjustments.
* Why can't we delete video right there in there in the preview screen before bulk schedule because the way it is set up now I have to memorize what to delete. The other workflow is to export and schedule one-by-one which defeats the entire efficiency purpose.
* The scheduler is weird to be separated in minutes - we aren't posting 7 videos in one day. We are spreading them across the week. So when we want to do a day apart have to put in 1440 minutes. I realize you can then go into the calendar and change, but then that take more time, it has to re-export...which, again, defeats the entire efficiency purpose.

Thanks again for this product. It's so helpful and affordable.

I have converted long videos of length ranging from 5 minutes to 30 minutes and I am happy with the core functionality.

Additional features are not upto mark though.

Pros -

Makes Clips Super Fast and Easy : Reap quickly turns my long videos or webinars into lots of short clips and highlights. I just let it run, and when I come back, I have a whole batch of ready-to-use shorts. This tool finds the good moments for me and saves a bunch of time.

Custom Subtitles and Different Formats - I can pick lots of different video formats and styles for subtitles. Lately, they added cool stuff, like AI dubbing and a reframe feature, so my content feels fresh and professional no matter where I post.

Helpful for Small Teams - I run things mostly by myself with a small team, so being able to make many clips with just a few clicks helps me post much more often.

Keeps Getting Better - For example, they've made it easier to fine-tune clips, edit captions, and fix posting errors.

Cons -

Limited Editing for Videos - If I don’t love a clip that Reap finds, I wish I could tweak the video directly, not just the captions. Right now, I can’t trim the actual video or adjust where a clip starts and ends as much as I’d like. This gets frustrating if I want just the right moment.

Takes Time with Long Videos - Sometimes when I upload a big video, it processes pretty slowly.It isn’t instant though I can usually set it up and come back later. Still, waiting isn’t always fun.

It's a life saver for me. Because I run free English sessions for ESL learners I generate a lot of content, but because I am busy I rarely use it. This allows me to upload sessions and get fun snippets for my students, without my having to trawl through the whole video again.
I am working on a backlog right now.

I create videos in Spanish and needed an app that could intelligently trim and subtitle long videos for reels. Initially, I ran a test because the subtitles didn't match the narration. I contacted technical support three days ago, during the holiday season, and they responded in less than 24 hours and resolved the issue. Now the app subtitles videos perfectly in Spanish without altering the content. The support was excellent. So far, the results are good. I will continue testing the app and its other features. I recommend this app. Cheers!

I've only used Reap for sub-captioning so far, and it's wonderful. The ease with which you can edit the transcription is second to none. And I love that you can easily adjust where the sub-captions appear. Too many competing products only give you the ability to place top, center or bottom. Reap is infinitely adjustable.

It's also super simple to add a logo, and these too can be completely customized: size, and position.

I was also able to very easily trim the last few seconds off my video, because the talent was starting to speak again. The little trim was exactly what was needed to put the final polish on it.

My wife is scheduled for an upcoming podcast appearance, and I can't wait to test Reap's AI socials clipping feature. I'll update after her appearance. But until then, this is a great tool. Very happy with it.
