Hi, I purchased the Tier 3 but I see I can create only one brand. What if I manage more brands and have more YouTube channels?

I had this Reelcraft Tier 3 but your rendering site was down for over 2 weeks before I refunded and support was not getting back to me. Eventually they just got back to me almost after a month that things are back. I didn't know if this was just a product that was going to be abandon. If someone would have gone back to me to reasure that things were going to be okay I more likely would have not refunded.

Is this comming back?. I had Tier 3 but refunded because your site was down for over two weeks and was not sure if it was going to be abandon and support was not answering my questions. I just got some response that you are back but almost after 30 days.
