Q: Filler word removal?
What would be most beneficial to my team and I would be filler word removal - both in clips - and in the entire podcast video.
One problem with current tools we have that do this, is that the video jumps - one way to make that less obvious would be to offer the option to zoom in when one of the jump cuts exists (and to zoom out again for the next fill word removal cut).
I saw something about filler word removal on your roadmap. Realistically, how soon could you have that feature? I know this is a super popular feature on many platforms, but it needs a creative approach to make it super useful.

To be honest, we already built an internal prototype for full filler-word removal and ran into the exact problem you mentioned. The cuts felt too sudden and made the video look jumpy, so we decided not to ship it in that state.
Your punch-in and punch-out idea is genuinely useful. We hadnāt considered handling the cuts that way, and I think it could help solve that problem.
We also recently shipped an early version of filler-word removal - just for caption text.
That said, full video and audio removal is a much bigger feature and needs more careful planning.
Right now, weāre focused on auto-framing and scheduling. Full filler-word removal is the next larger feature on our roadmap after those, and if everything goes well, we plan to include it in our next major update, Version 6.
Thanks so much for the thoughtful feedback and genuinely useful suggestion.
