In one answer, when someone was asking about what updates have been implemented over the past 5 years you said:
"In the past years, we have released updates on RelayThat that would help our entire user base. We have updated the user dashboard in the past year along with the ability to rotate elements within the workspace or saved design. We are also adding new layouts. These are just a few of the changes that we have done in the past months."
Could you be a bit more specific about what you've improved? Based on this comment it sounds like over the course of 5 years you've only updated the dashboard and added the ability to rotate elements within the design.
Neither of those are impressive. What else have you done over the past 5 year. I thought I'd give a chance since you were back and hoped there was an improvement, but after using the tool and not being able to even do something as basic as delete an element I added to a design or undo an action, I'm very concerned.
Thinking about refunding. Wondering why I shouldn't.

Q: Do you have any templates for designing YouTube video thumbnails?
I personally find it difficult to come up with YouTube thumbnail ideas that look nice, have a good composition, have clarity, and stand out.
It would be helpful to find a tool that can help me with this.
