1. Brazilian Portuguese: Yes, you can create your conversational flows in Portuguese and configure the AI model you choose to respond in Brazilian Portuguese. Release0 lets you define the messages, prompts, logic and conversational experience of your agent.

2. Website + WhatsApp: Yes. The same platform supports agents deployed on your website and a WhatsApp integration through your own Meta/WhatsApp Business Platform. You can also connect multiple agents to a WhatsApp number using start conditions.

3. More humanized conversations: Yes. This will depend largely on the AI model and the instructions/prompt you configure. Release0 also supports maintaining conversation history, allowing the model to receive previous user/assistant messages and generate contextual responses.

One clarification: the agent doesn’t automatically “learn on the go” from every conversation. You control the conversation history and context provided to the AI.

4. Do you need Tier 5? If you’re a photographer/videomaker answering only a few clients per month, you may not need Tier 5 just for volume. Higher tiers are more useful when you need the additional limits/features for multiple agents, domains, users, etc.

5. Do you need your own AI key? For AI-generated responses, our integrations are BYOK (Bring Your Own Key). For example, the OpenAI block requires your OpenAI API key. You can also use OpenRouter, which gives you access to different models, including free model options such as Google Gemma 3.

And importantly, Release0 isn’t limited to AI responses—you can combine AI with predefined messages, questions, conditions, variables and other conversational logic, so not every interaction needs to call an AI model.
