All the tier plans come with up to 6 banners per event as a limit and we will soon offer life time add-ons to increase this number at a one time cost. You can design any number of Banner slots on your custom floor plan but the number of banners you can configure for an event would depend on the limit on your subscription.
I'm assuming that this question is for the recordings done on the "Presentation Mode" of Remo. If so, yes, every recording will be available for up to 30 days after it was recorded. Post this period, recording will be auto-deleted.
Thanks for the response. For an enterprise product, 30 days is really too short. Several competitors have soft data caps under fair use. Since you take a time based model, is it possible to push out the duration of data hold, especially for higher tier members? For max tier, 90 days seems like an acceptable hold period, for example.
Q: Suggestion for your uploaded webinar
For today's webinar, I recommend that when you upload it, you allow some control over it. As of now, your previous videos have no chapter control or even a simple forward. You are forcing people to watch the entire video. Thanks.
Hi there, Is it possible to have a 'classic' view of attendees (i.e. just simple video windows, like Zoom) rather than these 'floor plans'? I find the plans very visually busy and distracting. In screen sharing, can they still see the presenter or only the screen, and how does it appear on a recording? Thanks
Remo's conversation mode doesn't have a classic option of just the video tiles. This is the uniqueness of our product to set up an actual environment and offer immersive experience to the attendees. Every table in the floor plan will be a private A/V conversation and guests can easily move around with a simple double click on tables.
Q: Are there many built-in Remo floorplans that have tables with up to 24 seats?
If I wanted to use tables with 24 seats (eg for an OpenSpace style gathering with 200+ people), are there many built-in Remo floorplans with 24-seat tables?
There are multiple floor plans with 16 seater tables that can be used in combination with the 'Table Overflow' feature to have these tables seat 24 guests easily plus 1 admin seat at each table. In the realistic floor plan section we have a floor plan named "Small Conference" and in the modern floor plans section we have multiple floor plans with large table setups....
Q: With Tier 3 and 4, when using a custom floor plan, is there a limitation on the number of banners we can add?

Q: Unlimited Storage?
Is unlimited storage truly unlimited? Is there fair use 'soft limits' or duration-based auto-delete? If so, what are they?
