Good so far, but one standout negative...
Set up is simple, designs look good, and editing is smooth. One thing stands out as a problem for me... text margins. I haven't exported any of my videos yet, because I'm squemish to 'save' them and have my captions covered by icons/etc on my social media accounts.
If there were a safe zone feature or a margins option, this app would be the clear favorite in a crowded field... and I would upgrade to a higher tier because I'd definitely be making more videos!

The support team helped me very quickly. What I would still like to see is a better contact form, ideally available in the profile after logging in.

Simple, solid tool with no unnecessary gimmicks.
It does exactly what it’s supposed to do, works smoothly, and doesn’t get in the way. The interface is clean, the workflow is straightforward, and everything runs without issues. I’m very satisfied with it, and it has effectively replaced Captions in my workflow.
What I really appreciate is that it focuses on doing one job well, instead of overcomplicating things with features no one actually needs.
In the future, a built-in teleprompter would be an amazing addition. That would turn it into a truly complete product, and in that case, I would definitely upgrade to a higher tier without hesitation.

It does what it says, it’s good I just have a couple things that would make this a 5 🌮 (1) Having a UK English option (always have to edit it).
(2) It would be good if you could turn the AI Hook Title on/off as sometimes it says generating and nothing happens 🥴 this way you could still add a hook but not have to wait for the AI to generate.

Please stick around!
I don't write reviews often but this time I feel like doing it, as this week I am been let down by 3 LTD products which I bought this year. However, I am loving Rendercut for the quality and customisation of the captions.
Even though the transcription model of the app does not fully support music I found a walk around because I love to use this app for the output given. To overcome this challenge I upload the music video in Youtube, I go to enter subtitle, I enter the lyrics as text and Youtube generate the subtitles, which I download and upload in Rendercut.
Then from there I adjust the subtitles and the task comes up beautifully.
Find here 2 videos I created this week to see how stunning are the captions.

I am still trying to figure out how to separate the words for imported subs, so that I can do a word bouncing Karaoke style, but i don't mind how they look now.
Please stick around for long.

We’re glad that RenderCut stood out for you. Your creativity with music subtitles is amazing — the videos you shared look fantastic! 🎶✨
We hear you on karaoke-style word separation, and it’s something we have it already. You just need to import subtitle which are with word by word timestamp. We’re actively exploring caption extraction for song...
