Q: I'm not able to get emails
I'm not able to get emails in the Email section. The primary email section shows "Check Web-Email Column," and the Website Email column is blank. I have enabled website crawling option. Your customer support takes too long to respond. Without emails, the tools are incomplete.

Nov 15, 2025A: Thanks for the query. Please note that the yellowpages of all countries do not provide email address in their website. Some yellowpages provides company website instead. In such cases, if you enable the web crawling feature, the software will crawl the website of that company and try to find out the email address. We hope this helps.
