No fault at all

I've been sat here for hours just scraping data from it. Amazed at how quick it starts pulling numbers. I'm using it for SMS campaigns and it's by the far the most cost effective solution I've found, and literally takes 2 seconds to do a search

Couldn't get it to work on Mac

This product is an app that you download and run locally.

I'm on Mac, and the app will not install. There is a message that says "Apple could not verify that this app is free of malware that may harm your Mac". There is no option to bypass this on the current Mac OS.

I was hopeful, and others are leaving tacos, we'll give it 3.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. We provide a free version so that users can check if the app can be used on their MacOS. The download file comes with an instruction PDF. We are not sure if you have followed that. The first time double-clicking the app won't work on Mac. You need to go to the app folder from the finder (important) and then right-click on it. Then you need to select open. A dialog...

Very useful, why stop there?

Clearly the product works to scrape the YellowPages, but it's the YellowPages, so a lot of entries are obsolete. This same company has an email verifier program, which you clearly need to do.
What I don't like is, they have a button on the results page that says: Verify Emails, but it doesn't actually do anything. It just takes you to their other software purchase page. Misleading.
It should be, or at least offer to be, integrated. If you just use the emails in the results as they are, you will get a large number of bounces. That's not Reoon's fault. That's from the source. But this could be made a lot more useful to the end user by cleaning up the results.
Otherwise, it works as advertised.

Didn’t Meet Expectations

After a few weeks of testing Reoon’s Yellow Pages scraper, the app initially seemed promising, but the experience fell short in a few frustrating ways.
- One of the biggest letdowns was the high number of duplicate entries. It wasn’t just a few here and there—there were so many that it took a lot of time to clean up the data, defeating the whole purpose of a time-saving tool.
- The scraper repeatedly stopped after completing just one city in the list, even though I’d queued up several. No matter what I tried, Reoon only handled the first city and then just... stopped. This is a big dealbreaker if you’re looking to gather data across multiple locations.
- I tried switching proxies, thinking maybe that would help with the single-city issue, but Reoon still didn’t move on to the next city. I used different proxy providers, but I had no luck. It’s frustrating when a tool doesn’t handle something as basic as city-to-city scraping.
- The biggest letdown was their customer support. I reached out multiple times, but the responses were slow, and they didn’t offer any real solutions. After waiting and troubleshooting without success, I just gave up on getting a fix.

Between the duplicate data, city restrictions, and lack of helpful support, Reoon’s YP scraper didn’t deliver. It’s tough to rely on a tool that’s supposed to make things easier when it keeps hitting snags and no one’s there to help.
