Hi! To get 1,050 comments for two brands, you’ll need two separate AppSumo codes stacks ($59 × 3 for each brand) and set up two replient.ai accounts (one per brand).
No time limit on upgrading - you can test for a few months and add more codes whenever you’re ready. But you cannot have more than 3 codes in one account.

1 - Can I use all 1050 comments for a single brand and have it respond without restrictions until the 1050 responses are exhausted?
2 - Can I purchase a 1,050-response plan for one brand and perform these operations for six brands? That means I'd purchase plan three six times.
3 - If I purchase two plans for six brands, can they be added to the same user account to manage everything in the same account?

1 - Yes you can only connect one brand in Tier 3 and get all the comments towards that brand.
2 - In this case you would need to create 6 separate account on replient.ai as we only allow stacking three AppSumo codes per account.
3 - Unfortunately not. You can only connect 3 brands per AppSumo account with a maximum of 1050 comments per month.
