Are these keywords triggered from only DMs or also social posts? use case its quite simple: we publish a post with a word for them to comment below and them we send them a DM the moment they comment - is that what you're talking about?
Also are you adding social listening in the future?
Yes I'm talking about "comment-to-dm" automations.
So people comment a word like "PDF" and you can send them a dm automatically with a message + link. This is available in replient.ai
