This is a must take tool, it is being so usefull

This is a tool that is helping us a lot, it tracks positive, neutral or bad comments, we have automated the positive comments with easy replies and also it statys available for further personal messaging, all goes smooth, we had zero technical friction.
If you do not have a one to all messaging center, also a helper to comment and keep track of all, this is the product to have.

Huge disappointment

I signed up for tier 3, couple days later I connected my three accounts. The message at the time said that AI is learning my brand.
Few days later, I tried to log in and I was treated with a message saying that I used up all my credit an the app will not allow me to browse any further. The option that were given either to upgrade or sign out. I can not see any insights or where the credits were use.
I checked all my social media accounts and there were no replies posted by the app.

Great product has saved me loads of time! rather than having to reply individually!

Replient AI has been really helpful for managing comments and coming up with different ideas for responses. I haven’t used the automatic reply function much, as I prefer to keep oversight before anything is posted, but the quality of the suggested messages has been excellent. Most responses have needed little to no editing, which has saved time while still allowing me to keep the tone personal and appropriate.

Replient More than meets the eye

My experience with Replient (T3). Overall, I found it to deliver a well-designed user experience and to be a solid entry point for managing my social media.

I liked the way the platform allows me to set up conditions, adjust language and tone, and manage branding—these features have a high learning curve, and a lot of work to align this to be used as a refined tool.

From what I experienced within the T3 package, it is limited with practical options needing you to shell out more cash. Credits here are consumed per interaction, so multiple exchanges with the same user can use credits more quickly. Workarounds are possible but not without investing a lot of time to refine the automations.

Focusing on the included T3 features, I found the user interface clean and appreciated the ability to create automations and conditions.

I welcome a T4 (or even T5) be introduced within AppSumo with the guarantee. Side deals is not kosher, and its a tough pill to swallow

In summary, I see Replient (T3) as a polished app with useful for very entry-level social management features that a semi active social platform will outgrow quickly. With the level of time invested it will be difficult to drop this app later.

My feedback is revise the credit consumption to be per person we are interacting with, not per interaction.

With the current inclusions, I fear I may run out credits within 6 months, and all the effort spent setting Replient up will force me to pay more just so that I can benefit from my initial investment. There is a good chance I will not keep this within 60 day refund window. Will wait and see.

Surprising in more than one way!

I must commend the team behind this app, because the functions are really useful and the tone and content of the answer suggestions are surprisingly in tune with the brand!

This seemed to be the alternative to Manychat I was wainting for, until it stopped working completely on the second day.

It turns out that it works more as a "sentiment and tagging comments tool", than a replying and comments managin tool, as replient.ai consumes the credits for every incoming message, as it does "AI tagging and sentiment analisys".

It also generates 3 alternatives to answer (which could be just "HIDE" or "Like"), and every alternative suggested takes one credit.

Once the credit limit is reached it forces you to log out the app! So all the credits go wasted and you can´t even read nor use the comments and suggestions you paid for.

The way to save credits is supposedly via an AUTOMATION, excluding messages when meeting a condition and moving them to the DONE tray. So I configured one with all sentiments and tags available to be moved to DONE. And despite that it is working, still every incoming message is consuming one credit. As I may recieve hundreds of messages daily, I may not be able to have any meaninful use for this app, so I´m seriously thinking about asking for a refund.

The official answer was: "Su configuración de automatización no es del todo correcta.
Esos disparadores funcionan para ahorrar créditos de IA (como se indica en el artículo). El disparador puede ser: "El pie de foto de la publicación contiene", "El tipo de publicación es" o "El ID de la publicación es". Todos los demás disparadores no ahorrarán créditos."

So sorry, because the developers could easily device a way to save credits and use them only when they are needed. So the app seems designed to exclude serious users that don´t have deep pockets, barring deliberatly any way to rationalize its use.
