I’ve been using ReplySync for a bit now and it’s been a solid tool for handling DMs automatically.

What I like most is how easy it is to set up, no complicated flows or tech headaches. It replies to questions I set up through survey questions instantly, which saves a ton of time, especially if you’re getting a lot of messages daily.

It’s definitely more of a “set it and let it run” type of tool rather than a full marketing system, but for quick responses and basic automation, it does the job really well.

If you’re a creator or small business owner who just wants to stay on top of messages without being glued to your phone, it’s worth trying out.

Also most ppl don’t realize you can set your own price as the business grows. Just move the price scale. I couldn’t attach a video and a written review but I do have a video on how to select your own price. Making it cheaper than its competitors.

I want to create a prospect list, but I don't know what I have to buy to have this option.

I’ve been testing ReplySync and so far I’m really happy with it.

The interface is clean, simple, and easy to understand.
Setup felt smooth and after trying it on my Instagram account, everything worked well and ran without issues.

Previously I’ve been using ManyChat for around 3 Instagram accounts, but I’m seriously considering moving to ReplySync. Even though there are some feature differences between ReplySync and ManyChat, the core features that really matter to me are already here.

For example, being able to trigger an automatic DM when someone comments a keyword like “mau” is already a huge win. That alone is enough for my lead magnet campaigns, content funnels, and making posts more interactive and viral. This is exactly what I need for marketing and selling through Instagram.

The AI training feature is also promising. It helps respond to basic questions and guide leads before I step in manually, which saves time.

One small downside: connecting Instagram is not as straightforward as ManyChat since it requires linking through a Facebook account first. But once connected, everything has been running smoothly so far, so it’s not a big issue for me.

Overall, I’m very satisfied.

I also hope in the future there will be expansions for YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms. That would make this tool even more powerful.

This tool works really great. I use it just to respond to comments on Instagram. When I first tried to set it up I did something wrong and I reached out to the founder and he was very very helpful. And very quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this tool.
