You don't need to pay for Ahrefs API, they give some specific amount of data rows with any account type.

Can you please point me in the right direction to the data they provide? Do they provide Keyword Ranking data?

Unfortunately, they are still not providing rankings data through API, I need it as well :)
For rankings purposes we are currently using RankRanger and Accuranker, but I'll be happy to use Ahrefs rankings :)
