The one issue I'm having is that there are multiple videos to be watched and they start playing either before you see them. Is there a way to not have them autoplay?

Can you please reconsider to take the responses that are not used in a month, to transfer (adding) those to the next month. Say I have a 10,000 responses plan, but I only use 5000 that month, I will have 15,000 responses (10,000 + 5000) for the next month.
I hope you can make this happen, that would be really awesome!

I'm afraid this is not something we would do as we are a monthly software platform, our system is set to re-set everything back to 0 each month based on account creation date, plus our server costs (albeit small) are also paid monthly so this reflects across our pricing. If you need more responses then I'd recommend talking to us about your needs and we can hook you up with the...

So when a lead comes in from a Survey, this lead will be added (each segment to a separate board, for example) to Trello automatically.
