Retable is a Fraud: Stolen Licenses and Forced Deletions

I was one of the early adopters who purchased this Lifetime Deal believing in the founder's vision and the clear promise of "All future Team Plan updates." Instead, we were used for early funding and then completely abandoned.
If you buy from Retable, here is what you can actually expect:
The Bait-and-Switch: Once they got our money, Retable forced all AppSumo LTD users onto a frozen-in-time "Legacy Server." We receive no new features, no meaningful updates, and are essentially treated as second-class citizens.
Extortion for Updates: If we want the updates that were explicitly promised in our original AppSumo contract, Retable demands that we abandon our lifetime license and pay for a monthly/annual subscription like a brand-new user.
Hostile Account Deletions: In the most egregious move I have ever seen from an AppSumo partner, Retable instituted a policy where if you do not log in for 3 months, they will permanently deactivate your account and delete all your data. You do not truly own your account; they are actively looking for excuses to purge lifetime users from their system.
Zero Communication: When the transition happened, they intentionally delayed sending notifications so that users would miss AppSumo's refund window. They also ignore support emails and Discord messages regarding lost data.
This company lacks integrity, and the founders have shown exactly how they treat the people who backed them when they needed it most. They broke the terms of the lifetime deal and stole from their early supporters.
AppSumo needs to hold them accountable, and you need to keep your credit card far away from this software. Save your money and buy from a developer who actually honors their word.

Retable.io is using 5* reviews from Appsumo LTD customers as bait to get people to subscribe to their monthly plan. But they are ignoring all their LTD customers. I'm posting here to reduce their tacos. I cant believe they are still rated 3.8 when they dropped all their paid up clients and went looking for new people to take money from
The deal was purchased two years ago. I recently discovered that Retable quietly deleted my account. As a result, all of my data was lost, and they have not responded despite multiple emails. I own the Tier 1 license fair and square, purchased through this platform. I strongly advise against buying from them. I plan to contact AppSumo to ask why this company is not honoring a legitimately purchased deal.
Good project that was a SCAM all along. The question is how AppSumo handling this.
AppSumo, is there any point in buying anything on your website anymore given this situation? "Lifetime license" seems to mean something different now: buy our buggy software for a few hundred dollars now with a promise of a lifetime license and get booted in about 18 months time . In no rush to spend more money here.
As for the Retool team, never ever ever ever will I spend a penny on anything that is touched by you.
