Do you have datasets for trulia.com, realtor.com, redfin.com, homes.com? If no, can i make one myself in your app? In addition, am I able to use zillow dataset for other real estate websites?

A: We construct custom accessibility trees for webpages from the DOM to represent to the model.
This tree though doesn't have css info but instead the node, can see an example at rtrvr.ai/data [See how the work finished]. So if you are not dependent on CSS it will work.
You can trigger the extension from Claude via MCP and get findings.

Astra can do that too, among other things — including computer use, such as browser navigation, form filling, etc.
But okay, maybe the costs would be lower in your case. And the cloud function (without needing your own computer) sounds good, too.

So most of the realtor websites are all UI over the same underlying data, Zillow has the most comprehensive data.
So the Zillow dataset is most useful and is already available.
