Q: Hi, question about use-case functionality please
Hi, this looks really interesting and might lead me to switch from Metricool. Would you please help with me a couple of questions?
1) I have a lot of content ready to go I downloaded from tiktok affiliates (videos) and a lot of image content I created since the new GPT 4o Image Gen was released a couple of weeks ago. Is there a way for me to take that large .zip folder of ~100 videos and images, and upload them all at once to Robin Reach to fill up a month of scheduled posting?
2) If I upload 1 image, for example, can I syndicate that out to every platform, and Robin Reach will do the re-formatting and "heavy lifting" in the background, such as character length, and image cropping/formatting to it looks good everywhere?
3) Am I able to set a standard "every post" 1-2 sentence baseline phrase?
4) Can AI write all my posts and hashtags?

1- Bulk Upload:
Yes, we support bulk uploading via CSV. You can download our template, fill it with your video and image content (including content, schedule times, etc.), and upload it in one go.
The system will take care of creating and scheduling the posts for the month.
2- Cross-Platform Syndication & Formatting:
Yes you can create one post and syndicate it across all your connected platforms.
We currently:
Auto-adjust text for platforms like Twitter and Bleusky (e.g., shortening while preserving meaning and hashtags)
Crop and format images for TikTok automatically
We’re expanding image formatting support to other platforms too.
3- Default Phrases on Every Post:
You can add these manually or apply them easily when using the CSV bulk uploader or AI-assisted workflows.
4- AI Writing:
Absolutely. Our AI can:
Turn your blog articles, RSS feeds, or e-commerce product descriptions into engaging social posts
Generate hashtags
Write captions in your brand voice

1) Any option to use my own API for image, video, and text LLMs? What models is RR using under the hood, and do they plan on updating the AIs as things evolve?
2) Do you have a video of a start-to-finish workflow demonstrating the RR functionality within the dashboard?

2- We currently use OpenAI and always stay updated with better models for social media tasks.
3- Yes, you can upload Instagram carousels, and LinkedIn carousel support is coming soon.
AI excels at creating content with proper input and fine-tuning but doesn't handle scheduling yet. Image generation is still a work in progress and not quite at a professional level for safe use in posts. Full AI handling is on the horizon, and future updates will hopefully make it a reality.
Ok thanks, my last questions that wasn 't answered above would be:
1) Do you have a video or screen recording showing the RR process from start-to-finish so I can get an idea of how the platform functions, so I can just see it in action once posting a single image or video to IG, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Gab, etc.?
