Q: My Account with Tier2 was deleted?

Hi,
I found it very strange that my Tier2 Plan was deleted, even though I havn't been using it for a while?

Makes me question the safety and professionalism of this application..

A: We don’t delete active accounts, so this is definitely something we need to look into for you. It’s likely a sync, access, or billing state issue rather than an actual deletion.

Please contact us at [email protected] with your account email, and we’ll investigate and restore access if anything is out of place as quickly as possible.

We’ll get this resolved right away.

I already talked with you on chat, no follow up or status updates?

We’ve looked into this and your account is still intact, nothing has been deleted on our side.

What’s happening here is a mismatch between the login email and the AppSumo lifetime license. Your current login doesn’t appear to have an active Tier2 LTD attached, which is why the plan isn’t showing.

We’ll need either:
the AppSumo email used at purchase, or
your AppSumo invoice / license key
