Q: Tier 2 DM's question
1/ How many comment to DM's can I set up in my Tier 2 purchase.
2/ What social platforms can I use DM's on at the moment and what other platforms will DM capability be added to.
3/ What will the next platform be that is DM capable and when will it be implemented.

Tier 2 includes up to 10 Comment-to-DM/keyword automations, shared across your account.
Currently, Comment-to-DM works with Facebook and Instagram
For the next platform, we’re still researching what’s possible based on the APIs available on each platform, so I don’t want to promise a specific platform or timeline yet. Once we have something confirmed, we’ll announce it.
