Hi there,
I was testing RobinReach and was about to give up because an important LinkedIn feature was missing.
However, I decided to give it a chance, so I asked: Could you please add the option to display thumbnails for my LinkedIn videos?
What did they say? 'Yes, it should be ready by the end of next week.'
I was stunned. That's not the usual response when you ask for new features.
The thing is: They did walk the talk: The following weekend, the new feature had been implemented and was up and running.
