It has a lot of loose fringes

The foundation is very good and the project is ambitious, but it still has too many loose ends.

Here are some of the issues I've encountered since I started testing the tool a couple of days ago (more will surely appear as I test more features).

- The main problem is their support. I suspect they've had more sales than expected, and their support system isn't equipped to handle the demand.

* They don't answer emails you send them. I ran several tests and can confirm this firsthand.

* Their chat support also leaves much to be desired: instead of setting up their own ticket or chat support system, they use tawk.to (I imagine it's a free or low-cost version) which can't translate the chat directly into different languages, etc.

* Chat messages are closed without resolving anything, leaving you with the conversation unfinished and unable to resume it. You have to open a new one and explain everything again.

- Some social networks aren't added correctly, like YouTube. Even though the app says it's been added, it isn't.

- Another serious problem is with languages. Every time you click on a post in the calendar to open and edit it, the account language reverts to English, disregarding your previous selection.

- Threads limits posts to 500 characters and doesn't have the option to have AI rewrite them within that limit, unlike Twitter and BluSky. The "Generate with AI" button to adapt text to the character limit doesn't work correctly because it doesn't take hashtags into account and generates errors.

- There's no way to create your own list of labels to select in posts. You have to manually enter them in each post.

- Its API only provides a 14-day scheduling calendar, so you can't use other tools to schedule at least the entire month.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such detailed feedback 💙.

I'd like to address each of your points:

Support:
Yes your right that we're under a lot of pressure at the moment. The AppSumo launch exceeded our expectations, and we've been working through a huge volume of chats and emails. That said, we're doing our very best not to miss a single message, and we're continuously improving our support process as we grow.

Languages:
The dashboard is translated incrementally. When a section hasn't yet been translated into your selected language, it currently falls back to English rather than leaving missing text. We're updating translations regularly until every area is fully localised.

YouTube connection:
This is a known usability issue. After connecting a YouTube channel, the page currently needs to be refreshed before it appears. It isn't refreshing automatically yet, but we'll improve that experience.

AI-generated custom content:
We're actually rolling out an update tomorrow that improves platform-specific AI generation, including better handling of character limits.

Grouped labels:
That's a good idea. It honestly hadn't been requested before, which is why we hadn't considered adding it. I've added it to our list because I can definitely see the value.

API scheduling window:
This is also being updated. Our goal is for the API scheduling experience to match the flexibility of the dashboard, rather than being limited to the current window.

Thank you again for the thoughtful review.
Feedback like yours genuinely helps us prioritise what to build next, and I hope we'll earn that fifth taco soon. 💙
