One of my best AppSumo Purchases in Years!
After assessing several other established tools for managing client social posts, I took a leap of faith and purchased RobinReach. It's easy to use and works well, letting us streamline our entire post creation and approval process. So far we've been nothing but pleased with the platform... we're happy, and most importantly, clients are happy.
On top of that, after about two weeks of using it I reached out to support with two small suggestions that would make it even better. I half expected my email to disappear into a black hole, never to be heard from again. Instead, I got a response within hours, then a follow up from founder Shaher the next day. We had a brief, genuinely pleasant email exchange about my recommendations, and to my surprise, both were implemented just days later.
