Q: Hey quick question about chat history: Is it possible for the user to continue a previous conversation?
I want to offer long term support for example for weight loss and that obviously isn't done with one message or one day but rather over a period of 6 months. So is that possible with cookies, or even better to save the chat history to user meta like email address?
So once I assign one of the 50 slots to a site/customer, I won’t be able to reassign it to a new customer if the existing customer decide to finish his contract? Is that correct?
A: Yes you are right. You won’t be able to reassign license to a new customer if the existing customer decide to finish his contract. Thats fair because our system has already spent the resources to crawl the website and make a chatbot for it.
NO it is NOT fair, as we are using our own OpenAI API key! Thus, the burden of the cost for retraining the chatbot is really on us.
I fail see how is this offer appealing to this community, as by definition this is a SINGLE USE limited to the lifetime of the first 50 customers, which may be a day?, a month? Who knows? Then we lost our investment in your solution.

Q: Another question came to my mind.
If I add more pages to a website, but they are still inside the limits of the plan, will those pages be crawled and added to the bot knowledge?
