Why is your support on AppSumo so fast, while I have sent a support email (ticket on your Odoo website ID (#04926)) since 09/15/2026 03:54 AM? It has been nearly 3 days already. I am only tier 2, and I am worried that when using robomotion for my business and upgrading to a higher tier, your slow support will cause delays in my work during Robomotion's support stage.

A: Hi Ken,
Cloud Run means the robot runs on our robot cluster in the cloud. Each robot starts consuming Cloud Run minutes when it starts running.
For example, if one robot runs for 14 minutes and then stops, you have used 14 minutes from your total monthly allowance.
