For CAPTCHA solving, you can use CapMonster or Anti-Captcha service tokens.
Everything you described is doable. Your automations aren’t very straightforward or easy to develop, but they are all possible.

I am not that technical. Can this be done with your paid plans?
With this lifetime deal, will it be easy to set up, and if I have to bring API keys, what will the difference in cost be regarding your smaller plans on your website?

This is possible yes.
You need to use WhatsApp package and PDF Processor package. PDF Processor has a "Create PDF from JSON" node which can be used for this purpose, the WhatsApp collected data should be converted to this JSON.
I am noting this automation to create and add it to our templates.
