Why is your support on AppSumo so fast, while I have sent a support email (ticket on your Odoo website ID (#04926)) since 09/15/2026 03:54 AM? It has been nearly 3 days already. I am only tier 2, and I am worried that when using robomotion for my business and upgrading to a higher tier, your slow support will cause delays in my work during Robomotion's support stage.
Hi Faik — One follow-up specifically on the included monthly Cloud Execution Hours on Tiers 5 and 6 (15 robots/12 hrs, and 20 robots/36 hrs per the pricing table) — separate from the $3/60-min overage pricing you mentioned elsewhere.
On Tier 6, is it 36 hours per robot, or 36 hours of total runtime divided between all robots. Could it be that you actually mean 36x20=720 Cloud hours?

A: Hi Ken,
Cloud Run means the robot runs on our robot cluster in the cloud. Each robot starts consuming Cloud Run minutes when it starts running.
For example, if one robot runs for 14 minutes and then stops, you have used 14 minutes from your total monthly allowance.
If you run 10 robots at the same time using Cloud Run, and each one finishes in 14 minutes, you have consumed 140 minutes in...
One of the RPA use cases I'd be interested in and want to understand how good of it a fit it would be and how challenging it would be to set up is connecting to our Salesforce instance and setting up RPA to help ensure data cleanliness. We use two managed packages on Salesforce as primary applications to run our business. I'm not too concerned with the ability to use it with the managed packages...

A: Hi Joe,
Yes. Robomotion has a native Salesforce RPA package, so for most of this you would work directly through the Salesforce API rather than automating the Salesforce UI. The package supports SOQL queries, SOSL search, object metadata/field discovery, and Create, Get, Update, Delete, and Upsert operations on Salesforce records. This also means it can work with custom objects and objects...
Hi, I was searching to enter my "bring your own key" from OpenRouter, but I can't seem to find it in Robomotion. I already have tier 2 of this product, but I really don't know what to do and use the ai chat to create workflows now? I stopped searching and using it now
Go to Designer. Top-right Settings -> Designer Settings -> AI API Keys -> Open Router enter your token - click test - save - save settings
From the AI Assistant select Open Router - Custom I would suggest z-ai/glm-5.3-flash best price performance deepseek/deepseek-v4.1-flash is very new, I would try this too.
Hi, I'm testing Robomotion for a real RDP (Windows Remote Desktop) automation task. Once a week I update cusom IS for 4 customers. Manually I connect to each Windows server via RDP, log in, start IS as Administrator, open its Store in IS, install the latest update, go through several dialogs, update database tables, wait for completion and confirm the result (all in IS). I want to automate this...

A: Hi,
Yes, this scenario is supported, but for reliable unattended automation we recommend installing a Robomotion Robot directly on each Windows server.
Windows UI Automation cannot see controls inside an RDP window from the client machine, so automating mstsc.exe means the remote application must be controlled using image recognition/OCR. That can work, but it is more sensitive to resolution,...
Thanks, that makes sense. One more question regarding the recommended setup: if I have 4 separate customer Windows servers and install Robomotion Robot directly on each server, do I need 4 separate Robots, or can all 4 Robots be connected and managed under a single Robomotion license/account? They would only run the weekly IS update workflows and would not normally need to run simultaneously.
Technically, 1 robot - a named license entity from Admin Console -> Robots - can be reused, but only from one machine at a time. You would need to disconnect it from one machine before connecting it to another and running the next flow.
Q: Why haven't you responded to my support email?

Thanks very much, Faik, for that simple clarification. You are obviously working really hard, and it's appreciated.

Great, that is exactly what I was hoping for!
Q: Are AI credits included in tiers?
Are AI credits included in the tiers plan? If not BYOK?
Faik_Robomotion
Sep 9, 2026A: Hi, AI Credits not included in tiers. Works with BYOK. We give one-off promotional credits only for first time creation.
