1. We can add the Deepseek API this week. I have added this to our TODO list.
2. We can also add Certopus as an integration. If they provide a test system or sandbox, that would be ideal for integration.
Tier 1 should be sufficient for your use case.
3. YouTube latest videos + Academy Playlist (old designer but concepts are same, nothing has changed except UI) and Discord are currently the best ways to learn. We’ve also added an AI Assistant, which you can use to create flows or ask questions related to them. Our Discord community is very helpful. We’re online most of the time and do our best to assist whenever you get stuck.

AI Assistant currently supports Web automation, you can ask in english to do something, ai desktop skill soon.
In Q2 we will rewrite web and desktop inspector and chrome extension from scratch, modernizing, better integration and with AI support inside the inspector tools.
