Q: Any specific support?
I've reviewed the tutorials, but as a non-tech person, I find them very complicated. Would it be possible to have one-on-one online guidance?

You’re right that Robomotion has a learning curve. However, if you follow the Robomotion Academy playlist, which uses the old UI but covers the same concepts, nothing has changed, you can get a good grasp of the tool. It does take some time, but we have many non-technical users in our community who have successfully learned and are using it. It mainly requires some patience.
During this process, you can get help from our Discord: https://community.robomotion.io
. Try to recreate the flows shown in the videos, and whenever you get stuck, just ask. You’ll get support and learn along the way.
We help one-on-one guidance through Discord when we are available, #support-en or #generic channels and our community is very helpful as well. Without spending time on the tool, it is difficult to fully understand it in a short period. Some community members also run training cohorts. Alternatively, you can work with freelancers in the community to build your automations and then focus on maintaining them yourself, or learn from these flows.
We have also introduced an AI Assistant, currently in beta, which can help you create flows and answer questions to give you a boost. It is getting better and will get better with user feedback and usage.
In addition, we have launched an Agent Hub. It is still in early development, so the tools are simple for now, but with Agents and our latest Agent Skills, it will become much more powerful, and will be just one-click usage of tools and chat assistants.
In short, follow the Academy playlist. Even though the old UI is slightly different, the concepts remain the same. If you get stuck, do not spend too much time on it. Just ask in Discord.
Best,
