Dear Founder,
I have 2 flow to you:
I. Can I create automation video flow as:
1. Upload picture to Weshop.ai
2. Download picture
3. upload downloaded picuture to sellerPic.ai to create video
4. download video from sellerpic
5. upload video to social media: youtube, tiktok, facebook
II. Addition, I want to create customer register automation as:
1. Customer fill the form in google form -> record in google sheet
2. check record: If have a new record, flow will create new account from new record
3. Flow send new account to customer.
Can your software slove my flow? each step is count as 1 flow or all of these count as 1 flow?

Both of your flows are possible, but they have different levels of difficulty. The video flow can be automated, but it depends on how often the websites change and whether they block automated actions with bot detection. Social media platforms are especially sensitive to automation. Uploading to YouTube is usually fine because they provide an API for video uploads, but TikTok and Facebook often detect automated behavior. It is still possible, but more fragile because their interfaces also can change frequently.
The customer registration flow is much easier. Reading a Google Sheet, creating accounts in your system, and sending emails can all be automated very reliably. This is standard RPA work.
In most RPA tools, the entire sequence is treated as one automation, not one flow per step. You build it as a single end to end process, and the robot runs all the steps automatically, no step limits exist within a flow.
