Hi is the Desktop recorder out now? I saw it on the roadmap under development back in 2022 is it delivered now?
I”ve a client who wants to scrape from https://www.planity.com/ the new customers and want to scrape them to a google sheet is it possible with Robomotion? Also how we can handle those kind of clients do we need to install the robot on their computer ? Can we install the robots on different computers or just on ours and do we task for our clients , because https://www.planity.com/ needs also their credentials and I don’t”t know if they want to give it to me to handle it on my computer . Thank you

For a public website you can run the robot on any machine; installation on the client’s computer is necessary only if the target application lives inside their private network. Use the vault so the robot can log in without exposing passwords. While anyone with full access to both the machine and the robot could theoretically create a flow for a credential dump, only the vault key holder, can actually decrypt what is stored, so the vault protects credentials from outsiders.
