It is a low-code tool and _not_ a no-code tool and it has a learning curve, but this is where the flexibility comes. Near all RPA products are low-code, even products that claim they are no-code requires technical knowledge or they are very strict or limited. Near all requires some sort of scripting, or else it is not possible to automate complex processes.
